In July 2011, Bahria Town launched a housing scheme in Islamabad named: Bahria Enclave and it was located on the Lehtrar Road and Islamabad Highway, which is approx. 8 km (15 minutes) drive from Chak Shahzad, the Park Road and the Kuri Road. Many investors and regular customers of Bahria Town have invested a lot of money in this new housing scheme recently. But, due to the rumors created in the market against the possession of Bahria Enclave Sector-F land and NOC issues between New Lahore Housing Society and Bahria Town, Bahria Enclave Islamabad pricing rates have gone down rapidly. A number of investors and regular customers have lost faith and money in this new Bahria Town housing scheme as well. So, if you are planning to buy a house for sale in Bahira Enclave Islamabad? In recent time, you may have seen a lot of advertisements and cheap proposals from various property dealers and File holders of Bahria Enclave Islamabad housing project, because they want to get out from this Bahria Town management’s installment notices and from the fear of their ownership cancellation buzz created in the market. Although, there are number of good locations in Bahria Enclave housing projects along with the facilities of 5 Star Restaurants, Parks & Zoo, Golf clubs and courses, Cinemas, Commercial areas, Qualifying Schools & Hospitals of International standards , Mosques, 100 feet wide roads, 24×7 house and community Security, and Underground facilities of Electricity, Gas & Water etc. But still, the fear of these rumors, have created negative thoughts and reviews in many people’s minds, to not trust and buy any house for sale in Bahira Enclave Islamabad advertisement or proposal. On the other hand, many people are buying plots and houses in this new Bahria Enclave housing project at low rates and waiting for the settlement of this issue. They are hoping that after the settlement of these rumors and issues, they will start selling these plots and houses at high rates to gain a lot of profit in future. Similarly, some of the file holders of these plots and houses are not selling their property and they are also waiting for the settlement of these rumors and issues.
